Crafted from Kala Cotton, a native cotton variety from the Kutch region of India, sustainably grown and naturally drought-resistant, the dress offers a soft touch, subtle texture, and lightweight drape, combining comfort with authenticity.

The striped pattern is created using the traditional Ajrakh Block Print technique, where hand-carved wooden blocks are meticulously stamped by skilled artisans. Along the front, geometric embroideries inspired by the historic textiles of Central Asia are enriched with delicate mirror appliqués, a traditional element found in communities across India and the Silk Road. Historically, these mirrors were believed to symbolize protection and prosperity while reflecting the desert light during the long journeys of the caravans.
