Terms and Conditions: "Pink Friday" Campaign

1. Promotional Period

• The Pink Friday campaign begins at 12:00 AM on November 8, 2026, and concludes at 11:59 PM on November 30, 2026, or while supplies of eligible items last.
• The brand reserves the right to conclude the campaign early or update the selection of participating items prior to the scheduled end date in the event of stock depletion for specific pieces.

2. Eligible Products and Discount Terms

• Exclusive Selection: Promotional discounts range from 30% to 40% and apply strictly to selected products featured in the dedicated "Pink Friday" category on the website.
• Discount Scope: Discount percentages apply solely to the unit price of selected garments and do not, under any circumstances, apply to shipping costs or delivery fees.
• Non-Cumulative: Campaign discounts cannot be combined with existing coupon codes, discount vouchers, or any other active offers or promotions on the website.
• No Purchase Limits per Customer: There is no purchase limit on promotional pieces per individual/CPF during the campaign period, subject to physical inventory availability.

3. Payment Methods and Additional Pix Discount

• Credit Card: Purchases may be paid in installments via credit card, provided each installment meets the minimum amount of R$ 400.00 (four hundred Brazilian Reais). The maximum number of installments available depends on the total order value.
• Additional Pix Discount: Full upfront payments made via Pix receive an additional 10% (ten percent) discount, applied directly to the final total of products in the cart at checkout.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

• Pursuant to Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC), customers have up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of order delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal and request cancellation and return of the purchase.
• In the event of a full or partial return and refund, the refunded amount will correspond strictly and precisely to the net amount actually paid by the customer for the item at the time of purchase (accounting for all applied promotional discounts and Pix reductions), never to the original full price of the product outside the promotion.

5. Exchange Policy for Promotional Items

• Exchanges for Size or Style: Exchange requests for a different size, color, or style are subject to stock availability of the requested item.
• Exchange Credit Value: Store credit granted for exchanges will strictly reflect the net monetary amount paid for the garment in the original transaction.
• Post-Campaign Exchanges: If an exchange request occurs after the Pink Friday campaign ends (November 30, 2026), or if the selected item is no longer actively discounted, the customer retains credit for the net amount paid and is responsible for covering any price difference required to acquire the new item or any product at full price.
• Statutory Warranty for Defects: In the event of a verified manufacturing defect, statutory rights under Article 26 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code apply in full.

6. General Provisions

• Adding a promotional item to the online shopping cart does not reserve the product or secure its price until payment is approved by the relevant financial institution.
